As described in Section 4.3 “Loans, credits and related-party compensation” and 5.3 “Loans, credits and related-party compensation” of this Remuneration Report, no compensation was paid or granted to persons closely associated with former or current members of the Board of Directors or the Executive Committee. For the avoidance of doubt, remuneration paid to former Executive Committee members in the year ended 31 December 2023 is included in the remuneration in section 5.2.2 “Aggregate compensation of the Executive Committee" of this Remuneration Report.
