We have prepared this report in compliance with the requirements of the Swiss Ordinance against Excessive Compensation with respect to Listed Stock Corporations (“OaEC”)1, Polypeptide Group’s Articles of Association as well as the SIX Swiss Exchange Directive on Information relating to Corporate Governance (“DCG”) and the principles of the Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance issued by economiesuisse.2
